Was impressed by his thoroughness and to the point diagnosis and treatment for me to follow. Very pleasant doctor and office staff.

strung me along for a surgery that he clearly didn't want to do from the time I walked in his office made me waste 6 month of my time running around like a fool getting tests for him to reschedule me 2 times both for BS reasons

I thought Dr. Beck was fabulous , my Son got hurt playing Pop Warner Football, Our Family Doc, Dr. Garg sent me to see Dr.Beck, We had x Rays taken there which was great we didn't have to go to the Hospital for them, he took plenty of time with Our Son and Luckily it was a sprain and not a Fracture, I'd like to thank Dr.Beck and his staff for their prompt service and wonderful care and thank you for treating my Son with such wonderful care....God Bless you Dr.Beck!

The staff needs to realize who the patient is. When a patient calls and is not given a chance to explain whats wrong with them and the conversation was not going anywhere because (Theresa) in particular would not let me finish what I wanted to tell her. My husband heard the whole conversation and was really surprised the way she handled the situation. So he decided to call and she was the same way with him. So I hope you can understand my level of my frustration when someone like myself is in pain and want some kind of answer as what is wrong since it's been almost a month and there is no sign of relief. I've talked to another doctors office and they also commented on her attitude stating that she is new in the office. So there is always 3 sides to the story their side, my side, and the truth. I appoligize for the way I talked to them but too they need to listen and then let someone speak.
