Dr Thomas Johnson was an excellent prime example of what a caring, professional should be. My husband has been in remission for 4 years and has had follow-up visits at our convenience any time we requested. Dr. Johnson is an excellent physician. This office does not answer the phone. This hospital network cancelled my followup appointment with Dr. Johnson and told me to call back to reschedule after they received the insurance authorization. I called back four days later to reschedule and only after making the appointment was told it was with a new Dr. and that Dr. Johnson was no longer there. The new Dr. is not credentialed by my ins and the only other Dr. there is not accepting "new" patients. I am so I have been left without care. I am so stressed.

This office has no one answering phones. All calls go to voicemail. Even if you just want to ask a simple question or request test results you can never speak to anyone. In all my years dealing with doctors it’s disheartening to know that during the most scary time of your life you are dealing with a cancer center that has your call go to a voicemail.. Not any options to connect to a front desk, receptionist, etc.. So very sad!

I originally had no insurance but Sacred Heart took me and Dr. Johnson treated me. I am now in partial remission and that is totally the result of the care provided. Dr. Johnson did an excellent job of explaining and treatment.

Dr Johnson is the kindest, smartest, most hands on Dr. I've ever had in my life! Despite his long hours and and busy schedule he has a way of making me feel like I'm his main focus, and stays involved in my ongoing condition. He has called me late after hours at home to ease my worries about lab results. He exceedes the bar for Doctors in my book.
