Rescheduled three times, did not properly provide instructions for pre biopsy procedure, would not allow me to discuss concerns with Dr.

Dr Bui was following up after I was hospitalized with kidney failure. Dr Bui performed a cystoscopy on me and it is very possible and most likely the procedure Dr Bui performed was the cause of my very severe UTI. Dr Bui never followed up after he performed the procedure. Months later I continue to have recurring UTIs and my PC referred me to see a specialist who happened to be Dr Bui. Dr Bui refused to treat me after an hour wait because I have shingles. My daughter (who has medical training and experience) was with me and challenged the integrity of this decision and asked would you treat someone with MERSA to which Dr Bui said yes and then my daughter asked which is worse (knowing that MERSA was much more severe than shingles) after which Dr Bui erupted into a horrible shouting match with my daughter and in front of her four year old child. This was the most disturbing display that would never be expected by a rational person let alone a medical doctor. As we were leaving my… daughter was approached by the facility administrator and told her that she thought the experience was unprofessional and unethical Dr Bui over heard this and came out instructing the administrator to "call security" to which my daughter replied Really? you need to call security on this very sick elder woman and the mother with a young child because you do not like complaints and Dr Bui replied "if that is what it takes. This is the truth and no one can deny that it did not happen without being a liar. I doubt the medical board will do much but

Dr. Bui is always very pleasant and caring. He has a great staff of people. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Bui is an excellent physician of Urology, we found him to be extremely honest and straight forward, honest even when it meant going against the flow. His expertise is evident, his manner warm and friendly, he is what one would hope for in an urologist.

I think Dr Bui is probably a good technical doctor, but --- there was no prior discussion with him before the procedure, during the procedure he was telling me to look at this and that - and I was a bit distracted as the procedure is very uncomfortable, he kept no records of the video, and before I was out of the dressing room another patient was walking in. There was no follow-up talk with him to ask what he saw or recommended after the procedure which I found very un professional and will never go back to him.
