We were referred to Dr Schneider by our oncologist at Johns Hopkins. We needed an ENT here on the Eastern Shore. Though we live in Berlin, we decided to travel up to Easton. My husband, who has multiple myeloma, had a sore throat for months and Dr Schneider was very warm and kind, unlike other reviews. He could not diagnose the spot and consulted another specialist and our oncologist on Eastern Shore. Instead of biopsy for the throat, they decided to check for RA. It was RA and I know that, not for Dr Schneider, an ENT closer to home would have biopsied that spot and caused greater damage to his throat. We cannot say enough good about Dr Schneider. I think sometimes, it's the patients that have the bad attitude.

Look , point blank. This doctor does not care about you or your condition. He will pawn you off on another doctor if he can. Do yourself a huge favor and find another doctor as quickly as possible..

Dr. Schneider made a mistake on my paperwork, and got mad at me for asking him to review it. Unprofessional!!!

I took my son to see Dr. Schneider by recommendation of his pediatrician. When he can brusquely into the room, he not only didn't introduce himself, but he treated my son as an unwelcome intrusion into his day. I was flabbergasted, because as a fellow health professional I had recommended this doctor to many patients over the years, but after my most unsatisfactory experience I will not make that mistake again.

Dealing with this staff is like dealing with Alzheimer's patients.

Terrible inept staff. Wrong diagnosis and was rude to me. Front desk has no idea what is going on.
