Dr. Timothy Tai Thien Tang, MD

I have called this office twice for new patient appointment and both time they have put me on hold for over 20mins. and then they get an attitude with you.

if you want a doctor that cares about YOU this is NOT the place to go. Dr Tang is very rude and acts like you are doing him a favor by beING there . He does not return phone calls. It takes a week or more to get refills and he will stop your refills at any given time without notice. Knowing that there is a stroke history in my family, he refused to refill my cholesterol med with no warning. My cholesterol is VERY HIGH! The pharmacist told me i shouldn't be stopping the med . He did this during the holidays when he wasn't open therefore I have had none for 3 weeks and am looking for a new doctor! His prime concern is MONEY! Beware of this office! Staff is also rude!

Staff is not attentive. There is a sign that the hours of operation are 8-5 pm and when I went on a Tuesday at 4:00pm the front desk receptionist said they were closed. I wonder if the doctor knew about this. The front staff is not attentive in keeping the rooms clean. When I was seen by Dr. Tang there was a water bottle with a band-aid on it on the floor which I thought was gross. They are supposed to be doing there jobs but don't look happy in serving people. When the doctor came out of the office their face expressions changed. Not goo communication and customer skills. As for the Dr. himself, I have been seeing him for years and he is absolutely wonderful. Five stars for the doctor and two stars for the medical receptionist staff.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Tang is ok for routine care but not if there is a problem. Refuses to return your phone calls. Always makes you come in so he can collect copay. He will not talk to you at all unless you come in. Even if you were in just the day before. His responses to medical concerns are extremely inconsistent. Sometimes overly cautious and sometimes not paying attention to my concerns. Last time I was in there was a string on the toilet to flush it. He hadn't even called a plumber to repair it. I know from experience you can get a Plumber in 2hours. Trying to get routine medical testing sent to my surgeon for surgery has drug out for 2 weeks. I've had it with dr. Tang. I am not a high maintenance patient and I'm hurt and angry that he won't respond to my calls. I'm through with dr. Tang. Time to move on

I have been a patient for over 15 yrs. Since I've moved inside the loop, I continue to drive across town to see him. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, progressive and caring. He is one of the few doctors I 've ever been to who actually listens to his patients. I would disregard the negative review below and I was stunned after reading it. Dr. Tang is in no way "all about the money"! He has a bare bones operation, makes responsible medical decisions and who knows what kind of 'medicine' the other reviewer wanted. Maybe he needed to see if sxs worsened. He's great.

This Dr. is all about the money my husband went in the office on a Monday and he drew blood which came back and showed he had an infection he gave him medicine but a week later he wasn't doing better so I called and asked him to call a different medicine in and he said he had to come back. This isn't the first time he has treated something with the wrong medicine and then wants you to come back for the copay and office visit money. He and his staff was very rude and told me if I didn't like it to turn him into the medical board which I did. I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all.

Just easy in and out,that's all I want .

This doctor was impatient and disinterested. He changed my medications several times and didn't listed to my feedback about how they affected me. ...

Is a great physician. English is his first language. He seems very knowledgeable and takes time to get to know his patients.
