I was told they requested an authorization for my daughter and they never did. I called my insurance company 2x and when I spoke with the Dr. the authorization number she was reading to me was my husbands insurance member id. The office is unprofessional and I tried to let the Dr. know, that she was great but there is a break down in communication. The Dr. suggestion to follow up with a different dr. I wasted my time dealing with this office. Now I'm also wondering if they properly diagnosed my daughter.

Horrible doctor and office! Warning do not go there! They are rushing to diagnose a child without an accurate test! This woman needs her medical licence revoked! Her office is very unorganized and unprofessional, waited a year to give me a test and didn't bother to get approval from the insurance until the last minute! Worst place ever, look elsewhere for these tests. Very untrustworthy
