Dr. Tira Chaicha Brom, MD

Dr. Chaicha took the time to explain to me what was going on and what we were going to do about it. I felt well cared for. The office was friendly and followed up with me after my appointment was over.

I don't feel like Dr Chaicha-Brom listened to what I was saying or heard me when I conveyed my desire to follow a more alternative route. She shot down any questions or beliefs I had based on "clinical trials" which made her seem very closed minded. She had no recommendations or possible steps after the next blood work/urine sample she asked me to obtain. All the questions she asked me were things I had written down in my paperwork, that the nurse and I had just gone over. Felt a little redundant having to say it 3 times... Definitely felt like I had been given the worst possible outcome for something that I've learned (from my more holistic midwife friend) that MANY people deal with and it will not be a deal breaker for me.

It was obvious that this Dr was not interested in answering my questions nor treating "the person" instead of just the results of lab work. The diagnosis was never explained to me and I left the office feeling very disregarded and disappointed.
