Dr. Tom Shio-Min Chang, MD

Not sure if the Encino location is correct. I went to the office in Pasadena. Tom Chang MD is a good ophthalmologist. Been looking for a good one for a while, so it was nice to have found this location. Courteous staff and tidy office.

Not sure if the Encino location is right. I visited in Pasadena. Tom Chang MD is a good doctor. Been in search of a good ophthalmologist for a while, so was glad to find Dr. Chang's office. Clean location, pleasant staff, good service.

Went to the Pasadena location. Just wanted to say thanks to Tom Chang MD. I had to reschedule multiple times last minute and he and the team handled the situation with grace.

Went to the Pasadena location to see Tom S Chang MD. Had a good experience with the staff and with the doctor. Happy to hear that my eye pain wasn't all that serious. Got diagnosed, got a prescription, went on with my day, and the eye pain cleared up. Good doctor.

Dr. Tom S. Chang, MD has been my go-to ophthalmologist for the past 2 years. I cannot say how grateful I am for his work. He is a wonderful doctor and he never gives up on you. It was very hard finding an eye specialist in our area that would treat me. I have had several surgeries over the years but nothing could cure my condition. When I got to college and began working, it wasn't until a few months ago when I started getting headaches that I finally found someone who did not think there was anything wrong with me. Dr. Chang is one of the few doctors in the area who is willing to listen to my story and treat me like a human being.

Dr Tom Chang is very professional and no-nonsense. My family has trusted his practice for several years and we send everyone to him as well.

Such a great experience...I had a rare disease and Dr. Chang diagnosed it without unnecessary testing!!!
