I have been a patient for several years at this office, something has changed there! The environment and office staff are very hostile towards the patients! My doctor was great but once you leave the doctor and rely on her staff to get referrals done it is a waste of your time and your health! This staff has caused so much unnecessary stress and anxiety it's ridiculous! I have been waiting for over 5 months now to get my referrals, all they do is blame my insurance! Very unprofessional especially when I call my insurance and they tell me I'm approved for all the procedures but yet not one office worker will call and do their job and and try to help. I did the job called, got pre approval and yet it's still my insurances fault! It's also especially concerning when you express your frustration to the staff about how long this is taking and they hang up on you. Then I call back and speak with Jamie the so called manager., put yet not one ortice worker will call and do their job and and… try to help. Then I call back and speak with Jamie the so called manager, I again expressed my concerns and frustration especially now being hung up on. Jamie had the nerve to make an excuse for the worker who hung up on me. I honestly was not rude, I was just expressing the frustration and questioning why it's taking so long.. The entire conversation was rude and escalated anger by the manager Jamie! The overall outcome was me just saying I'm fed up and I guess it's time to find a new neurologist! Guess it's always easier to blame the patients than the staff! If you look at the reviews you will notice a pattern of complaints for the office staff! I do NOT recommend this place! Save yourself and go with a doctor and staff that cares! A few days later I got two letters from the office saying they will no longer serve me as a patient! lol. Did I upset someone by expressing my frustrations? lol sure sounds like from the two letters I got! Haha. I wonder if the doctors actually know what their staff is doing to the patients??? Makes you wonder

Dr. Malone will either ignore her on call messages as a whole or once she calls you back she’ll have an attitude as if you’re inconveniencing her day. It takes days to get prescriptions filled if they even remember and the patient care as a whole is severely flawed. Just check the google reviews.

Found office clean, calm, easily professional. Staff is attentive and easy going, very willing to be thorough. I found Dr Malone-Davis responsive, attentive, very capable. This is my first visit, though I felt comforted as a person with extensive history and a service animal. She read the notes I brought, asked detailed but easily relatable questions, and brought up good options to try. I felt solid in her approach. I've worked with numerous neurologists, including leaders in teaching and research. I feel confident because she had deep knowledge balanced with reasonable interpersonal communication.
