Traci Parramore-Chambers

Traci Parramore-Chambers is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who completed her undergraduate in Theater from USIU, and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary/University-San Diego, CA. Traci is currently the Program Director and Therapist for Center For Discovery Resilience Residential Treatment Center for Adolescent Mental Health. Traci previously served as the Program Director for CFD Eating Disorder RTC for adolescents. Prior roles at Center For Discovery, she served as Clinical Lead for New Alternatives/San Pasqual Academy’s Day Rehabilitation Program within a milieu setting working with youth who’ve experienced trauma. She also worked for New Alternatives Inc., Transitional Services Program as a Case Manager, providing Crisis Prevention Counseling to adolescents and their families. In addition to providing mental health services, her role as a lead, consisted of the evaluation of programs, development and implementation of new program features, …as well as providing new hire training for new clinicians, and agency wide trainings to staff throughout New Alternatives, on topics of Cultural Competency and Body Image. She served as the chairperson representing her program (San Pasqual) for the agencies cultural competency team. Traci has also provided marriage and family therapy services through LifeSpring Center, a subsidiary of Reinicke Counseling Agency. While at Life Spring, she provided pre-marriage/marriage counseling, facilitated groups for women, worked with TAY in college, and individuals struggling with serious mental health illnesses and relationship challenges. Traci has a passion for seeing people live a fulfilled and victorious life. She enjoys the integration of creative expression in her work.
