She came in the room angry with me for thinking I needed an mri, arguing that I didn't without ever hearing my complaints or examining my knee. Then, without questions or explanations began to move my very painful knee while I bit my tongue. Still without asking how it felt, she continued to lecture me that I didn't have an injury (I fell on the stairs) and that I have arthritis (other than an injury 20 years ago I have had zero pain, issues, or limitations in my knee to support that claim prior to the traumatic fall that sent me to urgent care initially 2 weeks ago. She talked down to me, minimized my questions, was impatient and frustrated during our appointment.
