Was about 40 minutes for the visit. Did not review my Duke records. Being in a rush mode, Dr. Carroll would not let me ask questions. He also did not listen to a few comments. Abruptly left the room. It is doubtful that I will see him again.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Carroll. He was thorough, patient, and most of all he listened. I can't say that I want to see him again but if I am ever in need of an Orthopedic Specialist, I will definitely be back!

I was experiencing severe neck/lower back pain. I made an appointment with Dr. Carroll who explained the problem and recommended epidural injection. It has been amazing! To go through the day without pain is truly awesome. Thank you Dr.Carroll for helping me, for taking the time to explain, and for being so easy to talk to. Kudos to Dr. Deirtre! She is great! I have nothing but praise for what these doctors did for me.

Dr Carroll took time to introduce himself to me and my husband. He listened to my complaints and showed me on the scan where my problem was located and what could help. Was willing to recommend Physical Therapy and to check back to see if it helped and what any other options were available. I feel confident that he will give compassionate care and will have my best interests direct his care.

On time visits, speedy x-rays, Dr listened to my problems, examined my problems and explained exactly what the plan was to get me back to work.
