Dr. Uzochukwu Wilfred Unegbu, MD

This guy comes off competent, nothing wrong with his bedside manner, but maybe his professionalism is actually meant to hide his greed? Why is it that every time I go for a routine physical he finds something else to bill for, that my insurance company doesn’t pay, and leaves me on the hook for hundreds of dollars? I’m not so sure he’s on my side as a patient. For example he once billed me $150 for a psychological evaluation when he handed me a tablet computer survey that asked me two questions about substances I don’t used and which I presumed were relevant to my physical well-being. Keeping in mind he’s not a psychological doctor, he’s a PCP. I complained about the bill and told his staff that it’s doesn’t help your patients trust you if you bill them for answering questions. So the next time instead of that slick stuff, they just pulled a basic bait-and-switch trick, which is usually illegal, when I scheduled a routine physical which they then billed as a sick visit to get $150 out… of me. I’m sensing a pattern here... I definitely think this guy is shady, quite possibly criminal, and wo recommend steering clear of this office!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Unegbu…he has been MY PCP for almost 15 years or so I've seen his help come and go but sometimes some of them helpers...SOMETIMES I personally feel as IF maybe they don't gives a rats patooty about me. That's bothers me some because I wonder if after ALL these years maybe just maybe it might be time to move on!?? Its something I've actually been pondering about for the p ast several months...its just that Dr. Unegbu is my everything and he MOST DEFINITELY IS A 5 STAR LEADER, FRIEND, AND CAREGIVER.

WOW I was very impressed. I had to switch my PCP due to an insurance change. I came here to establish care and med management. Very thorough exam, which I was not expecting. Dr U was very knowledgeable and open and honest about any medications I had questions about. Wait time was average. Close knit family like environment. All staff was professional and polite. I will gladly refer others here.

Dr. Unegbu is my son's primary care doctor and he is very kind, patient, and has helped my son with all of his medical conditions. Also, he has spent time answering questions and informing my son regarding all his medical problems and sent him to health specialist. thanks

Dr. Unegbu is a very kind, caring and willing to please doctor. My mother is in his care at a nursing home, always willing to speak with you and encourages you to call him if you have a problem, very patient and courteous. We need more doctors like him.
