My experience was 5 stars!!! I was sitting in the waiting room and all the other patients were telling me how good this doctor was and how smart he was. I was impressed hearing that but did not believe it because this place and its management can suck the life out of you. However, AS SOON AS I was checked in, Dr. Vik came out to the waiting area, smiling and greeted me personally and took my hand and escorted me to to the room - NO intern, student, medical assistant, PA, nurse - just himself! Then he set my bed, took my pressure, heart rate, asked me my 'systems' questions - everything himself - AGAIN, no medical assistant or anyone - just him. Not at all like the primary care downstairs where I can easily go through 50 people and wait for 4 hours before seeing my doctor! The real bonus? He is SIMPLY the most gorgeous person I have seen and he is definitely a charmer! I was actually a little jealous how he is surrounded by so many gals (his assitants), like Natalie and Jo Marie who… often check him out when he is not looking - who can blame them? In the room, Dr. Vik could tell me what was going on with me even without laying his hands on me! I was amazed. He diagnosed my condition and then when we did the echo, it was exactly like what he said it would be. Even his echo tech was surprised (she shouldn't be, of course!) that he knew the issue BEFORE the echo was done! Top notch doctor! This is absolutely, 100%, high quality care. Once I was done, he escorted me outside, gave me instructions and gave the front desk clear instructions and what they should do. Oh, and of course, he called me personally the next day after I had done a test. If he says he will write a letter or call a prescription, he will never forget it and before you know it, it has been done. The best service and quality I have EVER seen and will EVER see!

I love this doctor. Always smiling and always pleasant. Very smart!!!! Treated me and diagnozed me instantly. Before this I was moved from one doctor to another without any proper diagnosis. Praise the Lord he is here! Calls me at home to follow up and I can reach him whenever I want. Really 100% satisfied and 5 stars. I just pity that he in this multispecialty place that is badly managed with rude and incompetent staff. The manager is a bloke!!

This is a great new doctor in Brooklyn! His expertise is in cardiology but I found he knows a lot about other systems also. Very smart gentleman. Does not treat you like the other doctors where you feel like you are in a factory and get all sorts of stupid tests! Gave me clear explanations and I feel much better health wise and am always reassured after seeing him. I hope he stays longer than most of the other good doctors because his employer on Church Ave is just a mess - poor management and seems like a revolving door.

This kardiologist is the best. Jesus has sent us his angel to Brooklyn. He corrected other doctor's wrong diagnosis and mismanagament and saved my life! This doctor is VERY pleasant, caring and VERY, VERY smart. Unfortunately, his talent is wasted in the place he works - AFAM Medical!! They have incompetent staff and must have a BIG idiot running this place. So many good doctors have left and I am worried my kardiologist will go somewhere else also. Please help us all Jesus!
