Vincent J Lanteri, MD

Dr. Lanteri performed surgery on my husband’s prostate and corrected his problem. However, he has no bedside manner AT ALL. He is arrogant, rude and perfunctory. We waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room and received no apology, just abrupt questions and no explanations as to the reason for the office visit. When a doctor begins the office visit with : why are you here? (And they are the ones who scheduled the appointment), you have reason to be suspect. He was flustered by his own lack of preparedness and did his best to transfer it onto me. Uh…no. Find a skilled practitioner who is also a human being.

I have been with Dr. Vincent Lanteri for over 25 years. He performed major cancer surgery for me approximately 22 years ago and we continue to follow up. I find him personable and caring. He is concerned for his patients and the practice as a whole. There is not much else you could want for by a top skilled professional. This is a best practice group and the staff are very attentive and always ready to help. I recommend them to anyone. If there is a negative, at one point I felt that the practice was overbooking but I have not had to wait excessively long in recent visits. This shows they have addressed that issue as best they can. Doctor Lanteri is highly skilled and takes his time to come up with a well thought plan to recovery! He is very friendly and has the experience an a proven record of excellence.

He is very rude. Gets very frustrated with any questions you ask.

Terrible bed side manner and an arrogant man. Treats all his patients like dogs. Doesn't seem to care nor be compassionate about anything. Also, if you have an appointment with him, be prepared to sit in the waiting room for HOURS!

Horrible Bedside manner. Arrogant and pompous ! Should be More considerate and LISTEN to his patients and STOP being obnoxious.

I think he is an excellent Doctor, and I believe he will save my life. I would rather have a Dr. who might not be Mr. Friendly, but is exceptional at what he does; then a friendly guy who is not skilled.
