Dr. Patel has been my Dr. for as long as he as been at this office. I was a long time patient of previous Dr. who retired. Dr. Patel is a very caring dr. and is always interested in listening to what I tell him. I have witnessed first hand his unwillingness to work with medicare 'scam' vendors who try to get him to sign off on unneeded procedures. He is very ethical and honest. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

Staff is very unprofessional and rude. Tried to address an issue and even after being frustrated for having to repeat the issue 4 times to 4 staff members, when I finally got to the office manager, rather than trying come to a resolotion, the issue became an argument and a yelling match. I had to take a step back and realized I was dealing with unprofessional rude employees with limited to no education on customer service. Despite the fact that i was upset and vocal, the staff would not come up with a resolution to the issue, but rather yelled back expressed to me that I was "so" out of luck, and had no problem ending the conversation so that the patient had no medical care. I have been a patient for over 15 years, and this was the first time i had to ever come across a dueling match with the staff. What was sad was I thought a business / medical business at that should provide exceptional customer servcie and IF A PATIENT is upset YOU WOULD THINK rather than arguing they would… come up with a solution.
