Viveca Mishra, MD

Dr. Viveca Mishra works to create a long-lasting relationship with the people she cares for and focuses on getting to know the whole person. She makes an active effort to ask questions that will help build a relationship with each person in her care that is positive and personal. As a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician, she works with adults and has a special interest in autoimmune disorders and the geriatric population.
Dr. Mishra strongly believes in the importance of daily gratitude and how it can promote positive mental and physical health. She says a healthy and clear mind sets the stage for a healthy body. In her practice, she enjoys helping people think of food and exercise as medicine and decreasing the number of medications they take when possible. Dr. Mishra started competing in national and international classical Indian dance competitions at a young age and won many awards. Classical Indian dancing still connects her to her heritage and culture.
