I had an appt for a pinched nerve with this doctor, as he was described as the go to doctor for spine work. He was cold and non-caring as he reviewed my MRI and referred me to an out of network doctor over a hour and a half away in Richmond. Didn't care what it cost me and gave me no other options. I found a good neurosurgeon right here in Fredericksburg, in my insurance network, that treated me like a valued person who needed help and was perfectly capable to perform the surgery I needed. I will never use FOA services again. This doctor is a diva with no patient bedside manner and could use some sensitivity training and MWMG allows him to practice as such.

Terrible doctor that does not value appointment time not surgery times rescheduled my appointment when I traveled 2 1/2 hours to get there had his secretary call who even said she was uncomfortable making the call. Had me sit for over 2 hours for regular appointments. He doesn’t value others time. Really a shame and an abuse of power.

I personally feel that Dr. Baqaie has really helped me achieve an overall better quality of life. I suffer from chronic back/neck/nerve pain. When my condition worsens he always expresses genuine compassion and understanding. He has always given me a "plan" to manage the pain as well as options. I always feel like he is treating me like a person and not a number, and in today's world that is a trait that is desperately lacking in the medical industry.

This man is currently at Fredericksburg Orthopaedic Associates. I have had good experiences with PT and surgery from other physicians there. My mother has also been treated successfully by other physicians there. Unfortunately, this man was rude and condescending to my mother and completely unprofessional. She went to him because his own practice stated that he was the one she should see, but he acted she was a complete imbecile for coming to him. There is no excuse for this man's behavior.

Dr Baqaie has been advising me and caring for my back issues for several years; Every examination is thorough. Many doctors ask pro forma questions but Dr. Baqaie goes beyond the norm and he actually listens and provides useful guidance. I recommend this Man without reservations. seriously, I like and respect him and the good work he does for the people of Culpeper.

Go to a Neurosurgeon for back surgery. All they want to sell you is injections.

He is very professional. He was very compassionate and explained my diagnosis and the treatment options.

I went to Dr. BAQAIE twice in a week due to extreme pain in lower back. Did x rays and found 3 disc degenerated and listhesis "slipping of the disc". He did not explain one thing to me and sent me to therapy. The therapist went and made another appointment for me for the following day. I went back and still nothing was done! He left me in extreme pain, I asked for something to relieve the pain and let me get some sleep. His response was "I am a surgeon and pain medication only mask the problem and Wil only prescribe after surgery" and I will schedule an MRI asap and still have not heard about tbe MRI. He also told me to go to emergency room if I needed pain relief.
