I have been a patient of Dr. Elliston for several years. I appreciated his medical care and liked him personally. BUT something changed in his practice and it became a factory where a patient is made to feel uncared for. This office is run like a cable company, where individual patients/customers no longer matter because of the sheer volume of business. Even email is left completely unacknowledged, despite stated policy that all emails will be addressed within 48 hours. I am sad to leave this review, but also feel that it's necessary for new patients to know what's going on.

Unfortunately, I am unable to review Dr. Elliston personally since we have not had an appointment with him. However, I would rate the overall practice as a zero. I have been TRYING to get in-touch with the office and no one answers or returns calls/voicemails. Started trying on Friday. No answer because they are closed on Fridays. Called Monday multiple times and no one answered, finally left a voicemail. Called on Tuesday and Today multiple times and still no answer. Nothing on the voicemail says they are close. Please help me understand how I cannot make an appointment after calling four business days in a row.
