Dr. Warren Stuart Goldstein, MD

The WORST Dr ever!! Did not listen to one word I had to say, and did not prescribe antibiotic. Now condition is worse!!!

My experience with Dr. Goldstein has been nothing less than spectacular. I was extremely blocked in my sinuses. His office and staff were very professional, ran a couple alergy tests, took a hearing test and he did a CT scan in his office. Developed a game plan for surgery and some follow up work and now I'm breathing great - again. One of my associates uses him as well and has nothing but great things to say about Dr. Goldstein. I couldnt have asked for better ENT advice and medical care. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would recommend him to anyone who is having these types of problems. I'd give him six stars if there were such a rating.

Was referred for a throat issue. Found a growth during an indo. When I woke up I felt worse than any other time I had the procedure. Dr. Goldstein, nor his office, never called me with bio results. I had to call them after over two weeks to find out. He has a very poor bedside manner and obviously does Not follow up with his patients. Would not use his services again.

put a scope down nose for 5 seconds and wrote a 2 page report on the 5 seconds impossible. Quack

1 month to get appt for a hearing test. Appt at 2:15pm, saw Doctor at 3:50pm, checked my sinus' and throat. Now sending me to Audiologist for hearing test. She can't wait, she has somewhere else to be. I will have to reschedule.

Removed a perfectly healthy parathyroid gland and ended up with a large incision and a very huge hematoma on my neck. Told me he did 2 to 3 of these type of surgeries per week and I found out later he did less than 10 a year. Needless to say I went to another surgeon for the second surgery to remove the abnormal parathyroid. I was told that this previous surgery was definitely malpractice. This doctor was arrogant and defensive after the first surgery.

He was consulted to see my father. Walked in with an attitude. Was very rude to my father, me and my mother. I was embarrassed for him. Complete jerk and complete waste of Medicare dollars. He was very condescending and I have no idea why any provider would ever refer their patients to see him. When he becomes a patient in the hospital (and trust me, eventually he will) he'll see what it's like to be on the other side and how vulnerable you feel when you're ill. He's just a man not God. He has no right to walk around thinking that he is.

I scheduled an appt with the office for a specified simple cleaning that an ENT can easily perform. Before I entered, the staff refused to say how much it would cost. That should have been a warning sign to leave. Goldstein instead performed no service and tried to convince me for a surgery (more $$$ for him). For no service rendered and a sales pitch he charges me $300!
