Dr. William Wangerin Grosh, MD

Dr. Grosh treated my mother for melanoma for several years. Every appointment took 3 hours. He said we could deal with it or find another doctor. When the cancer metastasized he told my mother that she had only a month to live. He did this at 9:00 at night when she had no support person with her. She made good on his prediction by stopping food and meds. I will never forgive him for that.

After two years’ treatments I can enthusiastically endorse Dr. Grosh and the entire staff at UVA Emily Curic Cancer Center. I feel I’ve gotten the best treatment available and at this point my tests are favorable. I enjoy the association. The staff is pleasant and competent, and Dr. Grosh, in particular, is very attentive and good-natured.

Excellent at getting the information for the vaccine treatment to me. Performed full body check and went over 8 pages of medical history. I am joining the vaccination trials that he is conducting at UVA.

Dr. Grosh is the most informative, patient doctor, he spends whatever time necessary with patient and family, answers questions, makes suggestions. Because he spends so much time with patients the wait can be longer than average doctors but the time he spends with you is worth the wait.

unhappy with the physician returning calls. When he finally returned the call after two weeks was not friendly but rude and uncompassionate.

DR Grosh is the greatest Dr in the world.He cares about everyone of his patients the same...very caring dr..keeps a very close check on his patients...i would never want another dr...
