I had the pleasure of getting excellent care from Dr. William C. Holland with him getting my hand to heal and back working again. Recommend him highly.

He is one of those physicians who treats the xray, not the patient...

Dr. Holland was amazing. I hurt my right knee 3 weeks ago, and after a clear x-ray, my physician recommended me to an orthopedist, which happened to be him! I waited about 10-15 minutes, which for me is very short, and when I came in, Dr. Holland just touched my leg, tried to have me bend it, and in about less than 2 minutes, he had decided to set me up with an MRI which I am having tomorrow (my appointment was yesterday!). He was even great enough to give me a brace to use on my knee since I cannot walk on it. Most amazing doctor ever! Strongly recommended!

Went to Dr. Holland with a broken hand/finger. He told me that it was a normal break and casted my hand right away. My hand swelled and I was in terrible pain. When I called his office with concerns I was told that I broke my hand so it will hurt. When the cast was removed I could not move my hand and it was obvious that the bone was bending in the wrong direction. Still he did not diagnose the problem. I went to a hand specialist that told me the following. 1st I suffered from nerve damage, due to a tight fitting cast. 2nd, the cast my hand was put in was incorrect for the type of break I suffered. I had a complex break and should have had immediate surgery to put the bone into proper place. It took almost a year before I could move my hand. As a result my finger bends in the wrong direction, I have limited use of my hand and I still suffer from nerve pain. If you break your hand seek out a true hand specialist to repair it properly.
