Dr. William Alan Kilgo, MD

I was seen by a first yeah resident, Joel Page. Horrible bedside manner and poor knowledge base. Disrespectful; yawned and stretched while Dr Kilgo was talking to me. I have never been treated with such insolence.

The resident who saw me before Dr Kilgo was disheveled , and completely unprofessional. He insisted on using my first name and not my professional title. He smirked and shook his head taking my history and was obviously not interested in my story or thought that my symptoms were real. his exam was unnecessarily rough and incomplete. It was obvious to me that he would rather be anywhere else than in that room listening to me poring my concerns out with an open heart in an extremely vulnerable state. When Dr Kilgo came in, he was very professional and answered most of my questions; as the said resident by the name of Josh sat in the corner yawning and stretching as though he was on his own couch. what an embarrassment to the USA neurology residency program. I am happy to know that current evidence does not show that I have MS/other demyelinating disease, and Dr Kilgo confirmed it by reviewing my images and labs; but thanks to you ,Josh, I will not allow any residents to be a part of my… care.

One word, patheticb excuse for a doctor.
