This man literally held his hand up to silence my husband. He was arrogant. A terrible listener, and completely unhelpful. Completely condescending. He was like a parody of a Boomer.

He restored the hearing in my right ear. He gave me accurate information about what to expect from the operation. I only had about 10% hearing in my right ear. He restored it to about 90%. Couldn't be happier.

He never even looked in my ear. I told him the surgeon I had seen before him could look in my ear and see if the stapes prothesis was in place and he told me "You can't see if it's in place by looking" He told me "No more surgery" get a hearing aid and dismissed me. He was very cold and condescending and just not helpful at all. It's as though he just didn't care and wanted to get out of the room as soon as he could. I've never met such an uncaring doctor in my life!! I should have repealed but i just felt so defeated when I left. I wouldn't recommend him for even a cockroach!!!

Dr. Luxford saved my life and continues with the up most texcellent care that will be required for the rest of my life. (He better stick around) always listens, checks and explains. I've been his patient for six years and for six years I have been off the "your life is at risk" list. I'm consider my self absolutely the luckiest person to have been placed in his care. I travel to see him with no complaint. He was the first to properly diagnose a congenital condition and the first to completely treat the condition that has not, for the first time in my life, returned immediately . I honestly do not know what I would do without him. You are very appreciated Dr. Luxford.

I think he did a great job implanting my kid. He is a very perfectionist person.he acts like he cares, I do thank him for what he did. I do recommend this doctor!!

Dr. Luxford performed 2 surgeries for me. He is the BEST! He is such a kind and understanding man and really listens to his patients (cute, right? He is an EAR doctor!) He is a perfectionist and his bedside manner is amazing.
