Dr. William Frederick Malzone, MD

Seen him four years ago with leg pain. He did NCS and said I have neuropathy started me on Medication and said he didn't need to see me anymore. Started have more issues with legs burning and hurting so called and made appt to see him. Went to 10:30 appt waited until about 11:15 to see Dr when he came in he asked where I had been. Told him he told me he didn't need to see me again. Then started to tell him about what has been going on last 4 years and the problems I was having. So he put his head in his hand and asked me what I wanted from him in a very condescending voice. He talked to me like I was wasting his time. So I told him I didn't need anything from him and I certainly didn't want to waste his time. He said he needed to reschedule me for a longer appt. we would act like I didn't have an appt today and I would be rescheduled for a longer appt another day and they would just credit my copayment to that visit. To say the least I didn't reschedule . He doesn't have to worry about… trying to help me with any problems. Terrible patient relations. I have worked in the medical field for 20+ years and have never heard a doctor talk to a patient like he did to me today.

Misdiagnosed my son even though he had information from prior visits with other doctors. In the end he did not find the problem but refused to agree that it may be psychological. Ran test after test even though every one showed nothing and gave us the bill stating there is nothing physically wrong with him.

Dr. Malzone helped me when I couldn't get help. He helped me get a diagnosis and treatment which wasn't available to me with any other Dr. I had seen. I was really starting to give up, but he gave me hope!

This doctor needs to think about retiring soon. He does not listen to me and seems to, in my opinion, make errors in reading my MRI. I am still suffering from his errors. I have a new doctor now and will know soon how bad I have become from this docotr's errors.
