Dr. William Charles Seefeld, MD

We are so happy we came to see Dr. Seefeld. We had been to 3 other doctors before coming to him. He took the time to evaluate my daughter properly and got her the right prescription so now she can see. I can't thank him enough.

Many years ago he took care of my daughters eye sergury. Dr seefeld did a wonderful job. My child is 21 years old and thank to the wonderful sergury, she's looking fabulous. Thank you for your amazing job.

I would do negative stars if I could. He had already misdiagnosed my child earlier and my child suffered with school work for years because of the misdiagnosis. I dreaded going back to him again. He is pompous, superior, rude, and acts like he is a king and everyone around him is a idiot. I stood up for my child and got what my child needed but Seefeld stopped talking to both of us at that point. Totally unprofessional behaviour on his part. He gets away with it because he is the only pedi eye doctor around. Never again will I deal with this man. He makes you feel like a stupid piece of crap when you know your child better than he ever will.

after I was told that Dr. Seefeld was a very good specialist, I was exited to met with him. After 40 mi. of waiting and pretty bad customer service, I was ready to turn around and find another doctor. Trough the whale exam the doctor was talking to me like I was some piece of garbage, not even listening to my complains and reasons for my eye exam. He did not answer any of my questions, he did not try to explain anything....plus he had his back the whale time he was talking to me. I understand he is busy, I understand he is smart but after all he has his practice because of his patients. Being rude and inconsiderate is not the way to go.

Willim Seefeld MD was impatient, degrading, and rude. He was frustrated by a few simple questions asked in an attempt to understand our daughter's eye condition. He was genuinely dismissive and demonstrated some of the worst bedside manner I've seen. I would not recommend him.

I couldn't agree more with the previous review!! I have never felt so upset leaving an eye Dr Appointment. You were made to feel completely rushed and completely stupid for any question you ask. I do not know why anyone would take their child to this "doctor". I WILL NOT step foot back into this office. I am in the process of finding a new place to take my family.

Both Dr. Seefeld and his office staff made a lasting impression on me and my family. The wait was substantial and the actual appt. was minutes long. His manner was gruff, rushed and he was not receptive to questions. The office staff were testy and did not appear to like children. I have gone out of my way to find other opthamologist as a result of two negative experiences, despite being repeatedly assured that Dr. Seefeld was skilled. In the end, I felt we needed some amount of kindness and bedside manner in additional to access to skill. I don't like to write bad reviews, but I think it's more than earned in this case and hopefully will give Dr. Seefeld and his staff pause as they think about how they might improve their interactions with patients.
