William Shaffer, MD

Dr Shaffer is a great neurologist and understands all aspects os M.S. and can relate to what patients are going through and spends an appropriate amount of time with his patients. I would like to find where he is located now after leaving his previous location. I hope he is doing ok….

He is a fantastic neurologist, I’m trying to locate him as I just found out he is no longer with the practice. I hope he is ok

Dr Shaffer is an excellent doctor who truly listens. He wants to know so he can help you achieve a much better quality of life. I’m trying to find Dr Shaffer and hoping he is okay.

He really understand what I am going through with my MS. Not only is he a great doctor but also one who can relate on a personal level because of his fight with MS as well. He takes the time to really listen to you, not like some other Drs who walk in spend 2 minutes with you then give you some pills and walk out.

Actually, I'm trying to re-find Dr. Shaffer bse he has changed companies and the old is not allowed to tell me where. Convenient for me bse going to the new town he's in will be a nicer drive!

Arrived at scheduled appointment time - was told that I needed to be there 15 minutes earlier, and that apt would have to be rescheduled - no flexibility or concern that I had come from Denver which is over 35 miles for this appointment. Was told that the schedule had to be followed - why did they not make my apt 15 minutes earlier if they wanted it to be earlier. Without patients, a Dr. would not have a job. If people are treated this way at the first appointment, it would indicate that there is no interest in the patient, or team plan that would be in place. I would not recommend, and I would not reschedule the appt. Rating for this Dr = 0.

He is an amazing Doctor/Person.....living with MS ...he sees things that no one else understands...
