Dr. Wilson A Lopez, MD

Dr. Lopez is extremely rude to treat patient's complaints about the staff customer service. He takes complains very personal and do not listen the patient. He is just concern about his ego instead of the patient well being. They have a huge logistic problem in the office that make the referral process a total nightmare. It took me 3 months to get a referral even though my daughter was in a very critical health condition. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional.

Very pleasant and professional

This office does not answer the phone, return calls, issue referrals when required. My brother is has disabilities and is in critical condition. Every second of every day that passes that he does not get what he needs puts his life at risk. He has been in and out of the hospital for the past month while I am trying to get cooperation from this office to get home health care. It is criminal and neglectful. I don't recommend this office.

La Atencion de los doctors es Buena, la tencion de las personas que trabajan en el front desk es pesima, muy mala atencion al cliente, poco profesionales, no lo recominedo para nada.

My husband was vomiting for two weeks three times per day, loss of balance and headache and the doctor only suggested eating better. There was no interest in investigating what happened. Two weeks later my husband was operated for 13 hours on for a 36.3 mm head tumor. Where is the Hippocratic oath? Where is the interest for a patient's health and not for money?

He is the best doctor I have ever had, very professional, honest, friendly and his recommendations have been the most successful for my health. The staff are very friendly ( specially Carla) and they have always met all my needs. I hope to continue with this doctor. **********

I went to see Dr. Lopez and ,as usual, I was not let down. He gave me so much information once I explained the reason for my visit. He is very honest and this is a very rare trait in doctors today. I am so glad he is Lynn doctor.
