Dr. Xinming Fu, MD

They gave a card for $39.99 easily. Then took over 6 months to get a fax back to local county to get the card authorized. Then FORCED me to pay an additional $15 just to send a fax back to them. They didn't disclose the additional funds they would charge (and actually already offered to do it a month ago WITHOUT the fee, that just magically has just come up) and I was forced to pay it or the $39.99 card that was issued is useless. This company has useless individuals answering phones, don't respond, and even the county officials know of them and know how much they suck at responding or taking responsibility. NOTE that I just found out he was convicted of medical fraud in 2010 and served 2.5 years in jail. Way to make a come back - NOT. I would give no stars if that was available.

I just found a medical marijuana permit signed by this doctor for my son. He is addicted to marijuana. This doctor should not allowed to treat people, he already betrayed the hippocratic oath
