I will admit to being a less than sterling patient. The demeanor exhibited by the intake, staff was remarkable, especially in light of my behavior. Dr. Song outstanding his assistance were equal equally reproach I would recommend this office to any person seeking Orthopedic pain or someone to listen to determine whether or not orthopedics were in play..

He rushes a bit but gets to the point!

Very pleasant, his asst. Shannon gave my treatment, she was very nice and thorough. She asked questions to know about my case, she answered my questions. We spoke about a follow-up visit, they are flexible and gave me the option to choose.

Dr Song was very professional and gave me encouragement.

It was awesome, it was in a time of matter Dr song sent me for MRI'S found the root of the problem and will be performing surgery to correct my problem!

I don’t have enough kind words to describe the care I received on just my first visit. Dr Song and his staff took the time to speak with us in detail, like I’ve never experienced before. And, I’m not sure they had the time to spare but they gave it to us anyway. I’m confident I’m not only in good hands, but the best hands.

He truly listened and allowed me to take the lead in my care, which made me feel respected and involved in the decision-making process. He was thorough in explaining my condition and treatment options, ensuring I fully understood each step. His friendly demeanor and genuine bedside manner immediately put me at ease. I would absolutely continue working with Dr. Song in the future should I need orthopedic care again.
