Dr. Young Kwan Kim, DO

Been a patient for almost 4 years. Receptionist made mistake while entering insurance information then shouted loudly that my insurance was inactive - embarrassing me in front of other patients. I called my insurance company and they helped receptionist correct her mistake. No apologies, very defensively attitude. I told her that she was very rude to me. Then a screaming, yelling lady named Angela barged in and started shouting and threatening me with appointment cancellation. When I told her to stop, she threatened to call the police and cancelled my appointment. She would not let me talk to the doctor or his nurse. Manassas Internal Medicine staff is so petty that they disabled access to my account on the medical portal. I could not access my test results, prescription information, or health records. I am now researching to find another PCP where my wife, son, and I can receive competent, professional, and polite treatment without insults, rude behavior, and inconsiderate treatment.… Horrible place with very abusive staff.

gets to the point of my problems always and I agree with one of the reviewers that i too, am not here to be chummy or become friends with my doctor. I just need to know what's wrong and be done with it. I found Doctor Kim from Washington Post's Top Doctors Award
