Dr. Youssra Marjoua, MD

Dr. Marjoua is an excellent doctor from start to finish. Her credentials are impressive, but the fact that she's so nice is really awesome. She was great with my son, they had a great banter, and we really appreciated her top notch care. Highly recommended!

Astonished! Dr. Majoua saw me at my worst... I was unable to use my hands and unable to work to make a living. I came to her unsure if I would ever find the answer to my issues with my hands after seeing multiple ortho and hand specialist surgeons. She fixed me completely. I am so thankful for all that her and her team have done for me emotionally and physically. She is the doctor that will personally call to check in and on top of everything. I highly recommend her! She is going to become huge it’s a matter of time. I would consider her genius

Had previously seen two wonderful surgeons at OA in Portland Maine. Due to appeals in WC. by the time my surgery was approved both of those surgeons were no longer at the practice. I had heard great things about Dr. Marjoua. Waited months to get in. Finally had my appointment. She greeted me and went on to tell me that she was confused as to why I was there. She stated that she didn't think my injuries were work related (after three specialists agreed that they were and a judge declared it twice) and she didn't feel comfortable saying that they were. I explained that she didn't have to , that I was there for surgery. She said that CTS couldn't have been caused by the work injuries that I suffered, that it was caused by breaking your wrists! She performed a grip strength test and actually pressed my fingers against the meter to make them seem stronger. She prescribed 6-8 weeks of PT. Gave me a wrist brace and an elbow band. Shocked, absolutely shocked.

Since my surgeon had retired I had to go to Dr. Marjoua for some significant pain 3 months out from my bilateral CTS. I am not able to sleep, due to the pain waking me. I went to her for help. I personally felt she lacked in empathy and compassion. I was left with “ I am not concerned til the 6 month point”. That was well and good, but I was there for a help getting a nights sleep. Left my appointment, never to return. I am a health care provider, that has essentially found my own way, but hand issues is not my expertise, so was hoping she had some thoughts. Highly recommend acupuncture, as a side note for pain relief, and CBD oil.
