Wait time was minimal, assistant was polite and attentive and Dr. Ortiz always gives me the time and we have a conversation on best approach on any issue

Dr Ortiz was attentive and friendly. I felt comfortable talking to her. There was a 20 min wait to see her but I almost expect it in any doctor’s office.. Overall , I like her, she was professional and I didn’t feel rushed.
