Dr. Yvette A Ortiz, MD

Dr Ortiz was attentive and friendly. I felt comfortable talking to her. There was a 20 min wait to see her but I almost expect it in any doctor’s office.. Overall , I like her, she was professional and I didn’t feel rushed.

Very personable. Not to much wait time. Easy to talk to.

Wait time was very long over 1/2 hr. I needed 3 referrals. I received an email after my appt. from her saying I need too many referrals and with my Humana HMO, caring for me would be challenging. Basically said change to PPO or find a new doctor. So if you have an HMO plan stay away, even though they accept it. New DR. For me.

Very attentive. Shows concern for your health. Takes as much time with you as you need. I never feel rushed

She was delightful- easy to talk to- answered all my questions without rushing - examined me and told me how to improve my 12 day old infection. I was very pleased with skill and communication
