I did not have a good experience with Dr. Koch. Wait time was almost 2 hours. Dr. Koch is condescending and spoke to me without really listening to my issue. She offered no help and when my lab results came in, I was not called. I had to call the office and request a call back. I do not recommend her AT ALL

Highly ethical and skilled!

I had a kidney stone and Dr. Koch was extremely insensitive when she did a procedure on me and put in a very large stent which was way to big. This caused a lot of problems and severe pain! I’m extremely disappointed.

Dr Koch is a wonderful caring doctor. I have been coming to her for I think 6 years or more. She has always taken care of me and did whatever she could to help me out! I highly recommend her. And I come from ft lAuderdale to see her because she is excellent.

Unprofessional

I was really impressed with Dr. Koch. She was very knowledgeable, really listened, and had a great bedside manner. Her office was staff was very professional. I recommend Dr. Koch highly.

I had to say excuse me and walk out of the room , she was very rude , no empathy at all and questioning the symptoms with an attitude like someone wanted to be there in the first place , so sad to see how patients allow doctors like her treat them , we as patients have many options and we are paying them to provide quality care ,do not recommend this “Doctor”

Excellent and attentive doctor. People that leave bad reviews about medications taking a long time don't realize that the office has to often get authorization from insurance companies for the medication to be approved - it's your insurance , not the doctor. DR Koch and her office have gone above and beyond to get me my medication that the insurance many times denied.
