Dr. Zachary Walsh Sisko, MD

I received excellent care from Dr. Sisko, his staff and physician assistant, Alexandra during my hip surgery experience at Jefferson Hospital. I felt that I got the best possible treatment and quality care during my operation and recovery process (especially at 92 years old)! Dr. Sisko and Alexandra are all I could have hoped for during my very trying time. They provided the absolute best care and I believe the best advice and treatment during every doctors visit. I love Dr. Sisko. He did a wonder job replacing my hip. Both my knees are bad and he is treating them now and offering advise as to when to proceed with replacement. He has a stellar personality, actually listening to what I have to say and answering all of my questions so that I can understand completely. I have recommended him to many people.

I felt like he talked but didn’t listen to me. He was nice, but kept asking the same questions I had already answered. He asked me if the pain was better from doing what we discussed last time, after I had already told him I was in more pain....it wasn’t working. He needs to listen to his patients. Both times there was a long wait, not sure why. Also not sure he really knew what was wrong, seemed like he was guessing.

Dr. Sisko performed a total knee revision on me and it has not hurt as much as the first knee replacement I had with a different Doctor. He is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. I went to 3 Doctors about my knee pain and he was the only one who could tell me what was wrong with my knee.
