Dr. Zahra Butool Ahmed, MD

The last two times I’ve visited her office there has been issues. After the first bad experience, I decided to give them another chance. I come back again and it’s terrible. I feel like it’s been a complete waste of time. I like doctor’s who seek to help their patience not seek to get some money from their patience. Both times I waited 30 minutes to be seen and both times like took 2 minutes to see me and address any concerns. The absolute worst practice. I’m looking for a new doctor as soon as I post this review.

Dr. Ahmed is a very personable doctor who looks at you as an individual and ensures that she is clear about your current concerns as well as your medical history. She takes the time to give you information about what to do to maintain overall health. The practice is children friendly but the reception staff is inconsistent in how they receive patients. I would refer this doctor.

I really like Dr. Zahara so much. She's a very compassionate doctor, she's one of the rare doctors who give you enough time to talk and listen to you carefully. She always makes sure she makes all the necessary lab work before making a diagnosis. The office staff are really great in all aspects of their work. I love the way they follow up on time when they receive lab work results. Whenever I want to talk to dr Zahra directly to follow up, they do their best to help me reach her as soon as possible. I just appreciate this office more and more whenever I have to deal with other offices!
