If I could give zero stars I would. This doctor was terrible. He was rude the minute I met him. I explained to him that I was there a week ago for an ear infection and the doctor that last saw me (such a good doctor) was very nice and gave me what I needed and explained how painful an ear drainage would be with an infection but I came back to the ER because the antibiotics weren’t working and this doctor decided to go with a drainage and he did it extremely rough and i started crying from the pain and he said and I quote “I have things to do let me know when you’re done” and leaves the room to then come back 2 minutes later to try again and then when I was still afraid because of how painful it was he said “I have too much work for this you can do it yourself” and he left the room. The nurse then came in and gave me a prescription. Point is, he was terrible and inconsiderate of my pain.

Doctor has poor manners and no type of customer service toward patients. Should not be a doctor because doctors serve the sick with empathy, patience, and comprehension.

The bad reviews had to do with wait time, which are out of his control. I went today to urgent care in the middle of a flu epidemic and wait time was @1hr. Dr was very thorough in exam. Diagnosed and explained all meds. Excellent bedside manner.
