"He did not make an special attempts to help my mom through the day, she was in a cast with a fractured foot and we arrived at 11Am and we did not leave till after 3Pm, her foot is suposed to be propped up, he detained her without regard to her health, age and injury, making no attempt at comfort or a way to rop her leg, that night she was in pain the swelling unbearable and I plan on going t another doctor that understands triage and the elderly as that was abuse...."
