Everything was very good. Doctor was wise, reasonable, confident and reasonable. He listened to me very attentively, examined me carefully and answered all my questions. Doctors nurse was very friendly and cheerful.

I felt I was listened to and given time for questions which were answered clearly and options were explained. My visit was not rushed.

Been going to Arthritis Care Specialists of MD for over a year and the service is excellent. My doctor is Dr. Shabna Ali and she has been excellent. Their infusion staff has undergone staff changes with no drop off of Care and Service. Shout out to Dillon improve authorizations and infusion personnel Nyla and Johanna. I'm thankful to them all.

I have been to this office twice and have been very pleased. The wait time is very short and the doctor spends plenty of time to go over your test results and discuss any symptoms you are having. They never rush and make sure all your questions are answered.
