Everyone was very caring and helpful. I felt very relaxed while I was there. All in all, a very good experience.

Everyone was very caring. They made me feel comfortable and I appreciate that. Even my driver made comment of how friendly everyone was with her.

Drs and staffs are friendly and also they are extremely helpful with all procedures.

Seemed to have all details covered. Nurses very nice and polite. Endoscopy went smoothly. Sore throat from dilation. Walked out no problem after talking with doctor.

Well first, I got a few notices on text about financial responsibility. They wanted me to do a portal, I'm old, so i called and got the number for the place to take my deductible. I paid and asked for a paper receipt, they told me they couldn't do that. I called the local billing office asking for a receipt, they couldn't do it either. I was told I would get a itemized statement to show how much I paid. Now everyone at the facility, was so nice, check in, the nurses, anesthesiologist, and my doctor. I cried for 2 days after reading my report, that stated I had done a fair job of my cleanse. I started my prep on Wendsday, I went full total cleanse Thursday. I was under the impression if you ran clear, no debris you were successful with your cleanse. One more thing, I was under the false belief that all Galen practices shared information. But they had a lot of my medications wrong. My wallet was with my son so I could not give the nurse all of my accurate meds.

I would definitely recommend the Chattanooga Endoscopy Center. They have a very clean and pleasant facility. Dr Bosshardt was very nice and explained both procedures performed. The nurses were all very nice and helpful with the preparation process

This center, I would highly recommend. Dr. Soulfleris was kind , professional, and explained everything that was done during the procedure of my colonoscopy and endoscopy. The nurse was very kind and explained everything that she would be doing prior to starting the IV. The nurse anesthesia was very helpful and calming explaining everything that he would be doing before prior to this appointment. It was easy pre-enrollment steps the text I received helped to guide me and what I needed to do prior to the procedure.

The entire experience was very efficient from registration to discharge. Professional and friendly staff. I definitely recommend!

Staff was kind and compassionate. Treatment was efficient. Facilities were modern and clean. Would have additional procedures done here if needed.
