My doctor at this facility is wonderful which is the only reason I even go there. Calling there is a nightmare. You never get a real voice to answer. Getting a return call is a crap shoot. Attempting to access the patient portal is a nightmare. You'll be told your email doesn't exist. If you contact IT, you can spend forever on hold. If you contact medical records, you're sure to deal with someone who barely speaks English and will incessantly repeat your requests as though you have the language skills of a first grader instead of the person to whom you are speaking. Don't bother asking to speak to anyone in customer service or management. Apparently, no such person exists. Everything about the place organizationally is a sh_t show. Now they want me email address for verification. What are they going to verify when they've already told me my email doesn't exist? I'd like to ask my doctor to escape as quickly as possible because he's really great.
