Dr Acott is an awesome doctor although he is about to leave the company I was a new patient and he still took me he gave me good information and did a thorough examination he also was making sure that I was put in good hands being that he won't be there when I return for a follow-up I appreciate him he was kind gentle and thorough

De. Acott was very behind schedule, but was cheerful and thorough during his exam. Gave risks and benefits of options and I felt quite comfortable with him.

The slowest part of getting in to visit with your doctor, will be the chrck-in. I have had 4 appointments at this office (Thomas road office). I have stood in line gor up to a half hour or so. Once you get checked in it's pretty much smooth sailing through things like cast removal, xray and then into the exam room.once in the exam room, it's really not much of a wait. I have a bit of healing todo before I can give my final rating. At this piont I have been very pleased with Dr. Acott and staff and the services I have recieved.
