No waiting to get in the room! Not waiting in the room to see Dr Pappa! With a smile, directed questions and exam, got me to have an ultrasound of my hands the same day (she did it) and within 30 minutes of arriving at her office I was out with a diagnosis and treatment. 6 months later and after 3 more visits and changes in medications I am free of pain stiffness and fatigue

I am a new patient for Dr Pappa but not new in Rheumatology offices. I ca say with certainty that she is the doctor I was looking for. She cares immensely about her patients.

Dr Pappa genuinely cares. I have been her patient for 2 years now. She has helped me cope with my chronic disease. I am a different person since I started seeing her.

She was in the room as soon as the MA left. She asked very targeted questions first and then she asked me if there is anything else I should add. She examined me thoroughly and explained her plan, then she did an ultrasound on my hands and saw inflammation. 3 months later and all my symptoms are gone!!!!!

Dr Pappa listens well. Explains lab results and possible diagnosis. She makes sure I understand the plan. I am very happy I finally have a diagnosis and hopes for treatment.

She did not fully examine me. She did not go over my blood work with me. She was in a rush to get to the next patient I guess. I was very unhappy with her service.
