If I could, I’d leave half star. This office is terrible. His staff doesn’t answer phones, the answering machine gives incorrect information, they double book patients causing tremendous wait times. His staff is inconsiderate of his patients needs, they are rude giving a perception they just their to work and get a paycheck. He should either hire more staff or retrain the ones he has. His staff represent who he is as a physician. He is aware of these issues and does nothing to fix the problem. So if your looking to waste your time on the dime of your insurance, feel free to stop here

This doctor is the absolute worst. Waited two months to be seen. Staff was rude and lazy. And when seen he offered two solutions. One was injections which he wouldn’t do until he was assured payment from insurance (would have been another month later) or pay out of pocket for his laser beam machine treatments which are not recognized as legitimate treatment by any insurers. Refused to provide any anti inflammatory meds or ibuprofen scripts. Total quack. Don’t waste your time. Please just go see a real doctor.

The office staff was extremely unfriendly, waited for an hour and a half, had to rip off the dirty paper on the exam table myself, and they did not request the insurance authorization needed for the test I was there for.

Doctor Foad is a terrible doctor. All he wants to do is experiment on your back without ever relieving your pain. I've been a patient of his for 3 months. He never prescribed pain medication for me. All he does is push you to do surgery without any guarantee it will help you. He forces you to sign contracts before doing any care . These contracts give him no responsibility if you are paralyzed by the procedure or if it causes you more pain. He is money hungry and does not care about your pain. Beware. Be warned. Stay away from him.
