DR Schneider HAS BEEN MY DR SINCE THE 90;S HE IS A VERY COMPASSIONATE AND LOVING PERSON HE CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR NEEDS AND LISTENS TO YOU AND HE WONT MAKE ME FEEL BAD AT ALL IF THEIR ARE ANY PROBLEMS INTHE OFFIC WITH PHONES OR STAFF IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE BECAUSE OF COVIT 19EVERY THING HAS CHANGED THAT IS DONE DIFFERENT IS BECAUSE OF COVIT 19 IF WE WANT UNDERSTANDING FROM THEM WE HAVE TO BE UNDERSTANDING .

Went to see him about having constant diarrhea. Was told that I needed a colonoscopy. Had that done. As I was waking up, I saw him about to walk out the door. I asked him 3 questions and got 3 very short answers. Q. How many polyps did I have? A. None. Q. What about the hemorrhoid? A. Surgery Q. What is causing my diarrhea? A. I don’t know. He then walked out the door. Never did find out why. Maybe my insurance wasn’t good enough.

Great Doctor, but the appointment process is REALLY BAD. If you do not make an appointment at the office, it is nearly impossible to make one. I started seeing the Doctor and I really liked his approach and methods of treatment, but I cannot an appointment through the phone or on-line to see him for follow ups. This is very frustrating. I understand waiting a while for an appointment, at least you would know the date and time.

THIS IS A VERY FRIENDLY DR IF YOU DON'T EVERY HAVE ANY ISSUES (CROHNS) WHERE YOU NEED HIM TO AID IN YOUR CARE. DOES NOT CARE MUCH WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT HE WILL DO AND WHAT HE WON'T DO. PERIOD. I ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM AFTER TRYING TO GET HELP FOR MY CROHNS FOR A MONTH. I KNOW MY BODY BUT HE JUST WOULD NOT LISTEN, TOLD ME I HAD HEMROIDS AND SENT ME ON MY WAY...

Dr. Schneider is an excellent doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner! I have moved to the other side of town, but my husband and I continue to drive back to Clear Lake to remain in his care!

I visited Dr. Schneider one time & I really liked him; however, dealing with the office staff was a nightmare!!! On my paperwork I filled out the name & number to my preferred pharmacy. I waited 4 days before anyone even called in my medications. I made at least a dozen phone calls reminding them to call them in, which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place. Finally they called in my medications & come to find out these idiots called them into the wrong pharmacy. The pharmacy which they called them in to was a mail order pharmacy & the pharmacy refused to cancel my package. I ended up getting charged for the prescriptions by the mail order pharmacy & they cost me more money that way. I called in to speak to Dr. Schneider's office manager Jeremy. I explained my situation to him & complained about the incompetency of the office staff. Jeremy assured me that he would call me back n 24 hours after he addressed the matter. He never did call me back & I ended up calling him 5 days later. He had no resolve to my issue other than offering to credit my co-pay at my next appointment. He said nothing about addressing the issue with the staff. After all that I went through with the staff & Jeremy I decided to cancel my next appointment & have them remove me as a patient. It's a sad shame because I really liked Dr. Schneider, but no one should have to go through what I went through with their office staff. They're incredibly unprofessional & incompetent. I will never go back & would never recommend this Dr. because of his staff!

Dr. Schneider is the nicest doctor I've ever been to. I was sick for three years and thanks to his outstanding care and careful referrals when necessary, I am completely over my illness. I will never be able to thank him enough! I recommend him to every and anyone looking for a GI specialist!

Dr Schneider has done several colonoscopies over the last 10 years. He and his staff have always been courteous as well as efficient. He explained fully the results to both my and my wife immediately following the procedure. Highly recommended!

The doctors office is always full, a good sign. The wait is a little longer, but the Dr never rushes you and answers all questions with knowledge and patience. Overall a great experience, will recommend to others. Bedside manner is wonderful too, he is a very caring and down to earth physician.

I waited in the office for what seemed to be an eternity. Several others patients had already left because the wait was so long. I finally was admitted to the patients room where Doctor Schneider indicated that there was not much wrong with me. However, he did request for blood work to be performed. ... well, two weeks later, i still have yet to hear from anybody from that office about my blood work. When I called the office to inquire about it, the office secretary commenced in giving me the third degree for even inquiring about it. After explaining that i was the customer, she finally gave in and proceeded to search for my blood work finding. lo and behold, they weren't there. This office staff is inept and pathetic. My suggestion: stay away until Dr. Schneider gets himself better office staff.

Since having a gastroscopy 14 years ago, I had terrible stomach troubles. Thanks to Dr. Schneider's kind and competent care, I have been able to rejoin the world, because I can eat again. I am forever grateful for his care and commitment to my health.
