SHE IS AN EXELLENT DR. VERY SMART DAWN TO EART UMAN BEEN I HAVE RECCOMENDET TO MI FAMILY

I was excited to find a female doctor, however after a few visits with Dr. Cassetta I changed my mind. She is obsessed with typing notes, I'm not really sure how she even hears what you are saying because she's so aggressively typing all the time. I once read what she had typed and couldn't believe how wrong it was, not even close to what I said. She seems very uninterested in finding out what's going on and seems to have few thought or opinions. I like that she's not quick to prescribe but that seems to be her only redeeming quality as a doctor. I went to another USC female doctor in her age range and had a very similar experience. My thoughts are it might be how USC trains or treats them, but I'm done with USC docs.

If you are someone who needs empathy or kindness, recommend seeking another doctor. She is thorough so if you just need prescriptions or a physical then by all means. Otherwise she is kind of rude.

Great doctor... not rushed... Very concerned....

I have had a great experience with Dr. Cassetta. She took careful notes and asked me about what we had discussed the previous year. I thought she practiced good medicine b/c when I told her about a few symptoms I was having, she strongly encouraged me to deal with the cause and was reluctant to prescribe medication to deal with the symptoms. It seems like so many doctors these days just want to write prescriptions!

I called Internal Medicine and told them I needed an Internist that was preferably a female. They gave me their first available appt with Dr.Cassetta.While with her she spent most of her time at the computer typing everything in, and barely looked at me while I was with her. She did not make me feel comfortable, and once I left I thought "I need to change my primary care, she is not going to work for me" A coworker also had to see her because her regular doctor was not there, and the first thing she had said when she returned was "I really hope my primary care doctor comes back soon, because I did not like Dr Cassetta" I shared that I had the same experience.Im sure she has patients that love her but I didnt feel very cared for- if you are looking for a Primary care doctor that you want to keep around for a while, I would think twice, because she could have tried to convince me more, but she seemed completely uninterested. I wasn't sold, and so I switched doctors.

My regular doctor was on vacation, so I saw Dr. Casetta.It was late in the day, but she took the time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully. She has a very caring manner, and I felt very comfortable with her.
