I suffered for seven years with biliary stones, having gallbladder-like attacks, even though I didn’t have a gallbladder. I went to five different doctors, over the years and all of them misdiagnosed me, with acid reflux, indigestion, GERD, etc. Desperate for answers because I felt like I was dying, I asked my new PCP to refer me to Dr. Tumma, based on her positive reviews online. During my first appointment at Dr. Tumma’s office, she suspected biliary stones due to my symptoms. A STAT MRCP was ordered and my results showed multiple biliary stones. Finally, after years of excruciating pain and suffering, Dr. Tumma performed emergency surgery and removed the stones. After waking up, I had immediate relief and felt like a new person! Dr. Tumma saved my life and I will forever be grateful for her help!

Did a scope on my throat told me. There wasnothing there ..didnt even investigate why it was still hurting went to Henry Ford and they solve the problem I do not recommend this doctor

Just had my 2nd scope with Dr. Tumma. No complications or pain both times. Good communication and on time appts. She is a great doctor IMO.

Had a upper and lower scope done at Mercy hospital ICU. She did a excellent job. Explain everything. Excellent Dr, with GREAT bed side manners.

I usually end up having to try and see my internist who is 45 minutes away, so I don't feel I have access to Dr. Tuma when I really need her. getting an appointment when I have a flareup it's almost impossible and the office staff is rude and not very accommodating to the patient. they just don't seem to care, but Dr. Tuma is great. Her bedside manner is really good and I've always been pleased with the procedures. my rating of four is mainly due to my experience with Dr. Tuma
