Dr. Lara J Fix, DO

Dr. Fix is currently taking care of my mother who has had dementia. I could not ask for better communication with the office staff or herself. Take comfort in knowing you are getting a great doctor for you or your loved one!

The above doctor placed me on a medication that's not covered by insurance. I have to drive from Port Saint Lucie to Stuart every other week. This time and trip gets on my nerves. With my newly diagnosed condition I'm often scared and full of anziety. The above doctor needs to listen more and look for alternatives to the medication that is too costly. This doctor also needs to understand people with unique needs

I have been a patient of Dr. Fix’s for several years and feel comfortable and confident with her knowledge and expertise. I am always greeted by a smile at the front window, now in her beautiful new office space with tranquil music playing quietly in the background. Her assistant Angelica is always available or at the very least will call me back the same day when I am in need. I am consistently allotted ample time in the office. Dr. Fix has been able to manage my neurological illness quite effectively. I am very happy with the attention and care I receive and have referred others to her.

I first met Dr Fix when she was on call in the hospital. I was so comfortable with and confident in her that I chose to continue to see her as an outpatient. I’ve had excellent communication with her and her nurse, always have received a return call the same day.

I would highly recommend Dr Fix to anyone needing a neurologist. She spent time discussing my test results an options with me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her front staff was efficient and compassionate as well!

I met D. Fix in the hospital when I was admitted for Bells Palsy. I was unable to feel the left side of my face. This doctor went above and beyond to help me. I was so afraid that my face would stay like that. I now have feeling back in my face and I am able to blink my eye. Thanks to Dr. Fix and all her efforts. I was able to get into the office fast all the time.

I recently began seeing Dr. Lara Fix and have been very happy with her abilities and her honesty in diagnosing my problem.
