Dr. Rodolfo Joseph Cepero, MD

I've been a patient of Dr Cepero for over many years and he's the most amazing doctor ever! His bedside manners are incredibly immaculate. He's the most compassionate, empathetic and caring doctor I have ever been to. He takes his time with each of his patients which makes the waiting for him to come into the room a little bit longer than usual but 100% worth the wait. His whole office staff are amazing and very professional and courteous. Whenever I reach out to them they will respond very quickly and I'm so grateful and thankful and blessed that Dr. Cepero is my number one doctor of all times. Thank you to him and his wonderful staff for always being there for me when I need them.

It must be that memories of the older doctors I remember from my long gone childhood come to mind.For Dr.Cepero surely evokes their trademark: a combination of knowledge and humanity expressed in a genuine spirit of service. Im fortunate to have found such a doctor in this era of both, rush and alienation, in medical treatment.

I feel compelled to write about my doctor (Dr Rodolfo Cepero) . I have been a patient of his for nearly 20 years. I can only say that every visit I've had with him has been an uplifting experience . He is a great listener and a very compassionate person that CARES about his patients. You may have to wait a little bit longer to see him because he treats ALL his patients with the same dedication. Dr. Cepero spends more time with his patients than most doctors.

I have been seeing Dr. Cepero for over 15 years now (so is my daughter)-he is extremely professional, smart, and KNOWS what he is doing. He is also a very humble human being. There is no other PCP like him! :)

i have been to dr cepero many times, and so has the rest of my family. we’ve all come to one conclusion and that is that dr. cepero takes up to three hours to see his clients on a relatively slow day. i’ve been here now for almost two hours and it doesn’t seem like i’ll be called in anytime soon. i’m very disappointed seeing as i have places to be today but seems like i will be spending a large portion of my day in this waiting room. if you come to dr. cepero expecting in and out fast, well, you’re very wrong. it’s unacceptable to have a patient of yours wait for two hours for an appointment they scheduled in the morning but are still there, waiting, until mid afternoon.

To me Dr Cepero is very special he take time to listen to patients for accurate diagnosis. He is a wise doctor and a good soul. The office staff are friendly and always willing to help patients.

HE IS KIND, ATTENTIVE AND WELL INFORMED.

I had made an appointment with Dr. Cerpero’s office for my father after being referred by Dr. Baquerizo. I called the office and gave them his ins information and everything was fine until the day of the appointment. He arrives to the appointment and they tell him that his ins was not valuable to Dr. Cepero’s office. Mind you my father has BCBS THROUGH THE STATE OF FLORIDA. He is a retired employee from the state. He has his Medicare and he is also insured with SIMPLY HEALTHCARE. HE IS OVER INSURED. I guess Dr. Cepero’s office staff choose which insurance is valuable or not. Very sad. I will be talking to Dr. Baquerizo and others. Be wary of this office they don’t have the patients best interest at heart. $$$$$
