It really shocked me again that there is such a poor quality and such a bad attitude at the front desk (her name is Zhao). When I contacted the doctor to follow up the condition and make an appointment again, she interrupted me with a very bad attitude: what the doctor should say I have already told you (yes, the doctor called me a two-minute call), there is nothing more to say, you don't need to call again. My goodness! I was dull at the time. Is this what the medical worker said? I almost thought I was in a nightclub. Isn’t your duty to accept and convey? When will you be able to diagnose alone? I am very confused, I think you are not suitable for the front desk. You should participate in the American Got Talent Show and show off your style Anyway, I will never go to this place again, strongly not recommend… it!

I couldn't agree more with the one star review, I've never seen such a bad doctor and receptionist. They are always very impatient and rude to patients. They cannot provide professional knowledge, accurate diagnosis or matching medical equipment. When you communicate with her about her illness, she is always very busy and has to answer two phone calls midway. The diagnosis she gives is not very clear, but she just reads the report very quickly. When you need to communicate again, nurse Zhao at the front desk will interrupt you with a bad attitude and ask you to make another appointment. I don't think they are qualified medical workers, compassionate and compassionate.

I have to say that I agree with all one or two star review because of the experience I've seen Dr Liu for almost 2 years. Her clinic has a very limited medical equipment to diagnose some complex issue so she would refer you to a specialist; good or bad? I think it is bad 'cause you do not get a good diagnosis at first place; 2) Sometimes she has no patience with you especially when you phoned her with some questions and her answer was totally out of the topic. Very bad experience with her at one time! It is sad to say that a doctor with very strong mind is no good for a patient with some questions to be answered.

I’ve been going to Dr. Liu for over 10 years now, as my general practitioner. She is very thorough in her exploration of possible sources of an illness and gives the sense that she really cares about her patients. I always feel well taken care of when I have to see her for something.

She is very thrifty she does work on her own no assistance only 1 employee who answers the call and remind patient. She's busy and no time to listen to her patient. It's time for me to change a primary physician. She doesn't care about her patient. I'm looking for a good internal medicine doctor who cares for her patient. I will never recommend.

Same as the patient who was refused service by Dr. Liu, I was refused serivce by Dr Liu as well. To make it worst, she relayed to others that I'm troublesome. This is very unprofessional of Dr. Liu. I went to DrLiu because she is able to speak Chinese. However, I didn't find it helpfull because she was not able to address m y symptoms although I don't have complicated issues. She was restless when I explained my problems to her. I'm now with a doctor who is very knowledgeable and has a heart for her patients, although there is a language barrier. It's more important to have a doctor who is capable and their priority is to treat their patients

I've been going to Dr. Wei for over 12+ years. She is very busy these days. But she is always very kind, caring, and thoughtful.

Best internal doctor I could find in the area! Love Dr. Liu's professionalism, she cares about the patients!
